In complete opposition to this state of affairs is the philosophy of the Berti Knives brand, producing exceptional knives for various uses. Founded in 1895 by David Berti, this small manufactory seems entirely detached from the trends that have prevailed worldwide throughout its years of operation. Its key value is a commitment to tradition, which is currently upheld by the fourth generation of these experienced craftsmen.
The brand's founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. For this reason, the company's philosophy places exceptional emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are most welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.
